This studio can accommodate a maximum of 2 individuals.Connected to a contemporary architectural house, the studio ensures complete independence and privacy. Located only 1 km away from the center of Sarzeau and 2 km from the Roaliguen beach, guests can relish in the tranquility and natural beauty of this stunning environment.
The studio is thoughtfully furnished to provide utmost comfort, featuring a cozy sleeping area with a double bed, wardrobe, and cupboard. The seating area is well-appointed with a sofa, coffee table, and wall-mounted flat screen TV. A dining area with a fully equipped kitchen is also provided, complete with cabinets, a hood, induction hob, fridge, washing machine, table, chairs, toaster, coffee maker, and kettle. The bathroom includes a shower corner, sink, and toilet.
Additionally, guests can unwind on the terrace, offering an ideal spot for relaxation. The rental price includes bed linen, bath towels, and kitchen essentials.
