The location is simply ideal, being in close proximity to the main landmarks of Cagliari and near all the significant tourist attractions, such as restaurants, bars, and shopping areas. Step inside the building and immerse yourself in the elegance of a 17th-century dwelling combined with the modern comforts of a contemporary home, all while experiencing the warm and genuine hospitality of the owners.

The entire establishment is equipped with air conditioning and heating. Within the lounge area, guests can unwind on the comfortable sofa while enjoying a large-screen television with satellite channels. Additionally, there is an aquarium containing tropical fish, adding to the soothing ambiance.

The bedrooms can be tailored to suit your preferences, whether you prefer two single beds or a double bed. You also have the option to request a private bathroom. In addition, each room is equipped with a TV, minibar, and other amenities, such as a safe box, Wi-Fi or wired connection, and air conditioning. Transportation to and from the airport, port, railway station, and bus terminal is available upon request.
