Welcome to our charming cottage, perfect for 2-4 people. With a spacious terrace of 40m2 and a beautiful garden of 100 sqm, you'll have plenty of outdoor space to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.Located in the idyllic Saint Lunaire, this rural retreat is only 3 km away from the city center, the stunning beaches of the Emerald Coast (Saint Lunaire, Dinard, Saint Briac sur mer, Lancieux, Saint Malo).
The house has been completely refurbished in 2015 and offers a comfortable living space. The living room features a well-equipped kitchen, a sofa bed for 2 people, a flat screen TV, and free WiFi. You'll also have access to a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and induction plate.
The cottage includes a spacious bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and a bathroom with a luxurious Jacuzzi tub and steam shower. Outside, you'll find a large terrace where you can soak up the sun, an enclosed garden for privacy, and private parking.
Pets are welcome upon request and with prior agreement. We also offer the possibility of end-of-stay cleaning upon request.
You can book our cottage for weekends and holidays from March to June, with prices starting from 2 nights at 120, and an additional night at 40.
While the cottage is nestled in the peaceful countryside, it is essential to have a car to explore the nearby attractions. You'll have the opportunity to visit the charming towns of Saint Malo, Dinard, and Dinan, all within a short drive. The famous Mont Saint Michel is also just 40 minutes away.
