This listing offers a cozy two-room accommodation on the ground floor with its own private entrance and terrace. The main room features a kitchen corner equipped with a fridge, cooker, coffee maker, toaster, iron, and washing machine. Crockery is also provided for your convenience. Additionally, there is a dining area and lounge with a television, books, games, video, and WIFI access.

The bedroom offers a large and comfortable bed, as well as beautiful countryside views. There is also a new fireside area with a stove and armchairs for your relaxation. The accommodation includes a separate WC and a bathroom with a shower.

Outside, you can enjoy the terrace with a garden table and chairs, perfect for outdoor dining. A barbecue is also available for your use. Furthermore, there are garden loungers provided in the private park for your relaxation.

Rent this charming two-room self-catering gite, called 'La Louvière,' located in the picturesque Moulin de la Louve in the Parc du Morvan, Burgundy, France.

Available for nightly or weekly stays (minimum two nights), this gite is situated on a vast, secluded property with a soothing stream and breathtaking hilly countryside.

Perfectly located for stopovers, house hunting, exploring the historical and gastronomical wonders of the region, or simply unwinding and relaxing. We are conveniently only 5km from Saulieu and the Chamboux Lake, which offers fishing, water sports, and swimming. Additionally, we are just a short 30-minute drive from the Avallon motorway exit on the A6 to the South.

Our fully equipped and private cottage is located on the first floor of the mill. It features a spacious room with a kitchen, dining area, and a comfortable sitting room area. We provide an assortment of books, music, DVDs, and CDs for your enjoyment. The bedroom boasts a large double bed and there is a separate shower room and WC. The gite is tastefully decorated throughout.

For your outdoor enjoyment, there is a private stoned balcony area with a table and chairs, adorned with beautiful flowers. Additionally, a Bar-B-Que is available for use.

Directions

To reach your destination, follow these revised travel directions: Depart from the South Motorway and exit at Avallon. Proceed on the N6 towards Saulieu, and continue onto the D15, which leads to Autun. Upon reaching the quaint hamlet of Macon, make a left turn, and then take a right after passing the small lake.
