You will also have the pleasure of being in close proximity to a riding school.Situated in Briel on Barse, this spacious cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. With its generous 170 m² of living space, the cottage boasts impressive features such as a large 50 m² lounge, a well-equipped kitchen with a bar and stools spanning 18 m², and a luxurious 15 m² bathroom complete with a bathtub, two large sinks, and an Italian-style shower. The three spacious bedrooms (18, 18, and 36 m²) are furnished with two large double beds and two single beds, while a mezzanine offers additional space for relaxation.
Step outside onto the covered terrace, spanning 18 m², and enjoy the beauty of the surrounding nature. The cottage is set on a beautifully landscaped and flower-filled 2200 m² plot of land. The contemporary decor is complemented by the use of environmentally-friendly features such as dry toilets and insulation made from sheep wool and hemp concrete. The use of salvaged materials adds a unique touch to the premises.
This cottage provides all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including a refrigerator, barkeeper, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, electric and gas stovetops, a bread toaster, fondue set, raclette service, mixer, barbecue, and a table with garden chairs. The cozy living area features a wood stove (firewood available at an additional cost of 50€ per stere, with a weekly charge of 20€ in winter), as well as a sofa for two, a sofa for three, an armchair, a TV, a DVD player, and concealed lighting.
