Currently in progress, the house is in the process of receiving a *** Prefectoral classification. This spacious 110 m2 ground floor house is located in Dieulefit. It features a comfortable living and dining area (45 m2) with a fireplace, opening onto a terrace equipped with outdoor furniture, offering a splendid panoramic view of Dieulefit. The house also includes a separate TV room, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, hood, dishwasher), a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet, as well as a water room with a washing machine. There are three bedrooms, two of which have a double bed (140) and one with four bunk beds (90).

The house is equipped with central heating fueled by fuel. Guests have access to a communal barbecue. The rental period is available throughout the year, accommodating 6 to 8 people. The weekly rate is 450 Euros, while the weekend rate (2 days) is 130 Euros.

The village is approximately 2 kilometers away. Additional services are available upon request, including a fixed price for the supply of linens, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning (100 Euros). Guests also have the option to book an individual Shiatsu or plantar Reflexology session lasting approximately 50 minutes for 50 Euros.
