Directions

To find Chateau Haut Garrigue, located on the edge of Saussignac village, follow these travel directions. Chateau Haut Garrigue is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes east of Bordeaux city.

If you are driving from Bordeaux airport, start by taking the ring road north in the direction of Paris Nantes. After crossing the Pont d'Aquitaine bridge, take exit 1, which is signed for Libourne Perigueux. Keep right and continue on this road until you reach exit 26 for Libourne. Take this exit and after driving for 18.5 kilometers, take exit 9 to Libourne.

Continue driving for another 6 kilometers and then take the right exit for Bergerac, St Emilion, and Libourne est. At the top of the ramp, turn right towards Bergerac and follow the road, which will become the D936 (as shown on the map below).

Once you reach Gardonne, which is just over an hour from Bordeaux, turn right towards Saussignac (the D4) at the Renault garage. Drive for approximately 4 kilometers, and you will come across a district road (the D14) as the road to Saussignac starts to climb. Around 100 meters after crossing the district road, take the left fork, which is signposted for Chat La Garrigue (us). Then, take the next road to the left, just before the cemetery. Chateau Haut Garrigue is the last property on that road.

If you are coming from Bergerac, take the Bordeaux road and turn left at the Renault garage in Gardonne. Follow the aforementioned directions from there to reach Chateau Haut Garrigue.
