Ground Floor:Welcome to this stunning ground floor space featuring a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen with modern amenities such as a microwave, fridge, gas hob, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and a wide array of dishes and utensils. The living room offers a comfortable seating area with armchairs, a coffee table, and a TV. Additionally, there is a convenient dining area with a table and chairs for enjoying meals. For your convenience, an ironing board and a storage unit are also provided.
Furthermore, there is a small separate area on this floor that includes a toilet with a mill and a sink for quick hand washing, along with storage space for your belongings.
Floor:
As you ascend to the upper level, you will find a charming mezzanine area that leads to a cozy bedroom furnished with a comfortable 140-sized bed and a spacious dressing area.
The bathroom on this floor features a refreshing shower, a basin, and a toilet. Additionally, a washing machine is available for your laundry needs.
