Description for B&B:
Welcome! On the ground floor of our garden, you will find two spacious bedrooms and an independent studio measuring 27 and 30 m² respectively. One of the rooms (named Bird Room) features a small kitchenette, making it suitable for a comfortable stay for up to four people for one or two nights, although it is ideal for two guests for longer stays. This room can be arranged with either a double bed or two separate beds. The other room (named Imagine) is 27 m² and equipped with a fridge, coffee machine, microwave, and kettle neatly tucked away in a cupboard. The bathroom sink is shared with this room. While this room is more suitable for very short stays, it offers all the amenities needed for a convenient and enjoyable visit.
Both rooms have their own private bathroom, TV, WiFi access, a chair, a desk, and a separate entrance from the garden, allowing for a comfortable and independent experience. Parking is available right outside each room.
The bedding in both rooms is a comfortable queen-size (160) bed. The spacious and tranquil atmosphere of the rooms ensures a peaceful stay. The inclusion of a fridge and microwave in the Imagine room provides you with great freedom during your short visits.
The rooms can be rented separately for one, two, or three people (per room), or as a whole for a group of up to seven people (I can provide additional information upon request). Each room has its own designated parking spot and entrance.
Upon arrival, you will be provided with a gate beep and keys to your room. Late-night arrivals are possible if payment is made in advance.
The location is conveniently situated just a 5-minute walk from bus routes 3 and 89, which will take you to the Gorge du Loup and Vaise station where you can catch the Lyon metro. Additionally, it is a 15-minute walk from Jubin Station, which offers direct access to Saint-Paul Lyon.
Cleaning services and towels are included in the price for your convenience.
