Located in the picturesque Alpes Maritimes, this villa boasts an ideal location just a short drive away from both downtown Nice and Antibes (Cagnes being within 8km of both cities). The owners extend a warm welcome, creating a relaxed atmosphere that allows you to leave all your stress at the garden gate.For those who enjoy a game of ping-pong, a table is available for your entertainment. If relaxation is more your style, you can find sun-loungers scattered throughout the garden. And if you fancy a refreshing swim, there is a large and beautiful swimming pool at your disposal.
Cycling enthusiasts will be thrilled by the numerous biking trips that can be embarked upon from the villa. Among these is a newly constructed cycle path, conveniently starting just 900m from the villa and taking you along the scenic seafront all the way to the center of Nice, a distance of approximately 15 km.

Description for Gite
Orange SuiteCompletely renovated in 2010, the Orange Suite offers a range of essential amenities for a comfortable stay. From a large flat screen TV to wireless internet, air conditioning to a safe, coffee maker to a kettle, hairdryer to a radio, CD and MP3 player, all your needs are catered for. Situated on the ground floor of the villa, the suite boasts windows facing south and east, providing lovely views of the garden. With approximately 40m² of space, it features a bedroom with a living area, a spacious bathroom with a bath and shower, and a separate toilet. The teak furniture adds a touch of exoticness to the suite. Accommodating a double bed (160 x 200) and a comfortable sofa-bed, it is perfect for two people but can also sleep up to four (see conditions). During the high season, it is typically rented by the week, while for the rest of the year, a minimum stay of 3 nights is required. Additionally, since 2013, a spacious and new outdoor kitchen is available under the pool house.
Cherry Studio
Also renovated in 2010, the Cherry Studio is approximately the same size as the suite (40m²) and offers the same range of necessary comforts. From a large flat screen TV to wireless internet, air conditioning to a safe, coffee maker to a kettle, hairdryer to a radio, CD and DVD player, everything you need is provided. The studio comprises of a large bedroom with a living area facing south, a fully equipped kitchen (including a washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, and fridge), and a modern shower room. Situated on the ground floor of the villa, it has its own spacious covered terrace, which is particularly enjoyable during the summer months to seek shade from the sun. The studio is furnished with a double bed (160 x 200) and a comfortable sofa that can accommodate two additional guests. A minimum stay of one week is required for rental.
Hazelnut Apartment
The Hazelnut Apartment is more spacious than both the studio and the suite, offering approximately 45m² of space. Located on the 1st floor of the house, it is also accessible directly from the raised garden behind the house through its own terrace. The apartment features a south-facing bedroom, a large living room facing south and east with exposed beams and a fireplace, a generously equipped kitchen (including a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, oven, and microwave) with a terrace overlooking it, a shower room, and a separate toilet.

To access the villa, follow these directions:
1. Drive into the center of Cagnes sur Mer, passing the central Place Charles de Gaulle.
2. Look for signs indicating the medieval old town and follow them.
3. Eventually, the road will narrow to a single lane between buildings. Continue through this narrowing.
4. After about 80m, you will reach a fork in the road.
5. Take the right-hand road, which slopes down slightly and is sign-posted as "Val de Cagnes camping" (known as chemin des Salles).
6. Using your mileometer, continue for 1.8 km until you reach n° 93 chemin des Salles on the left-hand side.
7. Look for a row of 5 identical beige mailboxes, a black gate that is always open, and the start of a dirt road.
8. Take the dirt road and drive approximately 250m. The road will wind left and then right.
9. The villa, named Villa Peire Long, will be the first house on your right.
