We have a spacious and comfortable room measuring 20 m² with a walk-in closet. The room features a large 140 cm bed and a sofa bed, as well as a seating area equipped with a TV offering Freeview channels. Additionally, you can indulge in the luxury of a beautiful bathroom with a bathtub. Our hostess will serve you a delicious breakfast in the shared kitchen from 7:00 to 10:00.Here are our rates:
- 1 night: 1 person for 30 euros (check-in at 15:00 and check-out at 12:00)
- 1 night: 2 people for 45 euros (check-in at 15:00 and check-out at 12:00)
- 1 night: 3 people for 60 euros (check-in at 15:00 and check-out at 12:00)

This is a newly built independent duplex apartment with separate entrances on each level. On the ground floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances, a comfortable living area, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. Upstairs, there is a spacious bedroom with a sitting area and a TV with various channels. The apartment covers a total area of 50 square meters and faces east.In addition to renting the apartment, we also offer one-night accommodations with breakfast. Please contact us for more details.
The outdoor area is equally impressive, featuring a 600 square meter park where you can relax after a day of exploring our beautiful region. We can even provide a barbecue upon request.
The maximum capacity of the apartment is 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. The rental includes services such as bed linen, electricity (8KW/day), water, and parking. We also offer additional services like laundry for an extra fee.
