This charming farmhouse is a perfect example of the traditional Lotoise farms, nestled in the peaceful and green countryside of northwest Lot. Just 4 km away is Lacapelle-Marival, a picturesque town boasting a 13th-century castle and a variety of shops. The surrounding area is rich in attractions, including Rocamadour, Padirac, St Cirq Lapopie, and the valleys of the Lot and Dordogne, offering opportunities for exploring lakes, zoos, and more.

Renovated in 2005, the house maintains its original character and charm. The buildings are arranged around a courtyard, where a stone trough stands as a reminder of the time when cattle used to drink before returning to the barn. The barn itself and the restored bread oven add to the rustic ambiance. The ground floor of the barn opens onto a courtyard equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, while the upper floor is conveniently located next to the pool.
