This house is open all year and has been ranked 3 in the Mansions of Aquitaine. It is a detached cottage with a total area of 75 m2, fully renovated and equipped. It can accommodate up to 5 people. There is one bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and a baby bed and high chair available free of charge if needed. The bathroom has double sinks and a shower, and there are two separate toilets.

The living room is equipped with a TV, DVD player, and internet connection. There is also a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a storeroom, and a laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, and freezer. Outside, there is a terrace with outdoor furniture. Parking is available on the quiet street.

The house is conveniently located near Bordeaux (5 km) and provides easy access to events like Bordeaux Conforexpo and Vinexpo. It is also in close proximity to hospitals such as Haut-Lévêque, Xavier Arnozan Pellegrin, St. Martin, and Mutualiste, as well as universities and colleges in Talence and Copenhagen. Welcome to our 3-star Aquitaine Residences, open all year round. This independent cottage is located within a completely renovated and equipped house, offering a comfortable and spacious area of 75 m2.

The cottage can accommodate up to 5 guests, with 1 bedroom featuring a double bed, another bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, and a baby bed available upon request. The bathroom is equipped with double sinks and a shower, and there are 2 separate toilets for convenience.

The living room is equipped with a TV, DVD player, and internet connection, while the dining area is part of a fully equipped kitchen. Additional amenities include a storeroom, laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer, fridge, and freezer. Outside, there is a terrace with outdoor furniture and parking available on a quiet street.

Our location is ideal, with close proximity to Bordeaux (5 km) and easy access to Bordeaux Conforexpo and Vinexpo. We are also conveniently located near hospitals, universities, colleges, and public transport. The international airport is only 10 minutes away, and the beautiful ocean beaches are just a 30-minute drive.

Our rates for 1-4 persons range from 543 to 616 euros, depending on the season. During school or summer holidays, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. The maximum capacity of the cottage is 5 people. We accept checks as payment.
