"Gite les Mimosas (3 stars) is located in a beautiful, independent house measuring 120 square meters, nestled in a century-old olive grove on a fenced plot of 3500 square meters at an altitude of 600 meters. Surrounded by mountains, it offers absolute tranquility. Situated between the sea and the mountains, we are only 20 kilometers away from Nice, close to Mercantour National Park and positioned between Cannes and Menton. The gite features 3 spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and toilet. There is a communal living room with a fireplace, HIFI, television, DVD player, and internet access. Additionally, there is a large, fully equipped kitchen and a terrace with a barbecue and garden furniture. Parking is available. The gite can accommodate up to 11 guests, with 4 double beds, 1 single bed (80x180), and a sofa bed for 2 in the living room. It is an ideal retreat for nature lovers, hiking enthusiasts, or those who appreciate exploring medieval fortified villages. There are numerous fortified medieval villages to visit in the vicinity, as well as opportunities for hiking and enjoying nearby rivers. Dogs are also welcome on the premises."Reviews

TO REACH US
- Take Exit 55 NICE EST on the A8 motorway.
- At the second traffic light, turn left and take the expressway towards CONTES / SOSPEL. Continue on the expressway until the end (approximately 9 km).
- At the end of the expressway, at the last roundabout, turn right towards L'ESCARENE / BERRE LES ALPES.
- Continue on Route Nationale 2204 for 6.5 km towards L'ESCARENE until you reach "COL DE NICE."
- At "COL DE NICE," turn left onto RD 215 towards BERRE LES ALPES. Continue for 3 km until you reach "Chemin de Meingarde."
- At "Chemin de Meingarde," turn right (dead-end road) and follow the sign. Go all the way to the end of the road, then take a left on the small square. The first house on the right (black wrought iron gate) is where you'll find us.
