The Villa is available for bookings all year round and offers a spacious living area of 170 sqm, all on one level, with two large shaded terraces for relaxation. The highlight of the villa is its stunning views of the Rhone Valley, vineyards, Mont Ventoux, and Alpilles.The villa features a private, heated, and secure 11m x 5m pool, ensuring utmost privacy. The 1200 sqm plot surrounding the villa is adorned with beautiful flowering trees, olive trees, lavender, and aromatic plants, and also includes a large area for ball games.
Inside the villa, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, pots, pans, toaster, and coffee maker. The dining and relaxation area boasts a fireplace, TV, and Blu-Ray/DVD player.
As for the sleeping arrangements, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bedrooms with twin beds, and an additional room equipped with 3 single beds, along with a TV, DVD player, and Playstation 2 (16 sets available). Two cots with foam mattresses are also provided, ensuring comfort for the little ones.
The villa offers 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and shower, and another with a shower and WC. There is also a separate WC, as well as a laundry room with a washing machine, freezer, and refrigerator.
The spacious living/dining room features another TV, Blu-Ray/DVD player, fireplace, and comfortable sofa and armchairs.
Outside, you can enjoy a traditional Provençal BBQ, perfect for enjoying drinks or dinner before or after a game of boules. Speaking of which, boules are available on-site for your entertainment.

1. Leave the motorway at BOLLENE.
2. Proceed on the D 994 road in the direction of PONT ST ESPRIT.
3. Continue on the N 86 road towards BARJAC.
4. Take a left turn onto the D 901 road towards BARJAC / ST JULIEN PEYROLAS.
5. Ascend on the left side towards the village and the cross.
6. After reaching the village, take the second road on the left, which will lead you to Villa Peyrolas.
