Nestled within a lush and secure wooded area, Villa Peyrolas boasts four cozy bedrooms, accommodating up to nine guests. Additionally, it features two modern bathrooms equipped with both showers and baths, ensuring utmost comfort and convenience. The Villa is available for bookings all year round and offers a spacious living area of 170 sqm, all on one level, with two large shaded terraces for relaxation. The highlight of the villa is its stunning views of the Rhone Valley, vineyards, Mont Ventoux, and Alpilles.

The villa features a private, heated, and secure 11m x 5m pool, ensuring utmost privacy. The 1200 sqm plot surrounding the villa is adorned with beautiful flowering trees, olive trees, lavender, and aromatic plants, and also includes a large area for ball games.

Inside the villa, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, pots, pans, toaster, and coffee maker. The dining and relaxation area boasts a fireplace, TV, and Blu-Ray/DVD player.

As for the sleeping arrangements, there are 2 bedrooms with double beds, 2 bedrooms with twin beds, and an additional room equipped with 3 single beds, along with a TV, DVD player, and Playstation 2 (16 sets available). Two cots with foam mattresses are also provided, ensuring comfort for the little ones.

The villa offers 2 bathrooms, one with a bath and shower, and another with a shower and WC. There is also a separate WC, as well as a laundry room with a washing machine, freezer, and refrigerator.

The spacious living/dining room features another TV, Blu-Ray/DVD player, fireplace, and comfortable sofa and armchairs.
