Rent a detached house on a family property, perfect for 2-4 people. This cozy 20 m2 house has been fully renovated and offers a charming and comfortable stay. The property is surrounded by a big fenced area, providing a quiet and wooded atmosphere, ideal for nature lovers.Inside, the living room is equipped with a kitchenette that includes a fridge, microwave, and electric plates. The sofa in the living room can comfortably sleep two people, offering a restful night's sleep. The shower room includes a toilet for convenience.
Outside, there is a terrace with garden furniture, lounge chairs, and an umbrella, creating a private and relaxing space without any vis-à-vis. If you would like to see more photos, please feel free to contact us via email.
There is also the possibility of accommodating two additional guests on a mezzanine with a double bed. However, please note that the access to the mezzanine is impracticable.
The location of the house is close to the Orient Forest Park, only 10 minutes away from the lakes. It is also conveniently located 5 minutes from the Troyes/Dienville bike path, a supermarket, and 10 minutes from Troyes itself, known for its magnificent architectural heritage and famous factory outlet stores. Additionally, the amusement park Nigloland is just 30 minutes away.
The house is available for rent starting from the weekend of 08/28/15. The weekend rate is 50 euros per night, while the weekly rate is 40 euros per night. For a full week stay from Saturday to Saturday, the price is 200 euros. If you are interested in a longer stay, please contact us for further details.
We also offer additional services such as sheet rental for 10 euros, bath towels and towel rental for 5 euros, rental of baby accessories (bed, high chair) for 5 euros, and a cleaning fee of 20 euros upon departure.

Très satisfait
Nous avons adoré passer ce séjour dans ce gîte. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et conciliants. Merci à eux. La maisonnette est très sympa et bien équipée. La terrasse est un plus. L'admission des animaux nous a permis de prendre soin de notre chien. C'était super !
