On the first floor, there is a spacious master bedroom with a double bed, a second double bedroom, and a smaller twin bedroom that can be converted into a double bed. There is a bathroom with a separate shower and bath, as well as separate upstairs and downstairs toilets.
The main floor features a comfortable living room with an open fireplace and bread oven, perfect for cozy evenings. There is also a smaller TV/reading room with another open fireplace and a pull-out couch, which opens onto the garden and terrace. The kitchen/dining room is large and fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, oven, and microwave. The house exudes an authentic ambiance with its original stone floors and walls, exposed beams, and charming open fireplaces.
The garden is completely enclosed and offers picturesque views of the rolling countryside and vineyards of the Hautes Côtes. It provides both shady and sunny areas, allowing you to relax and enjoy the outdoors. There is a terrace for al fresco dining, along with garden furniture and a BBQ for your convenience.
