Meet your hosts, Mark and Sholu, at Maison Bonne La Vie, where we strive to ensure that your stay with us is absolutely delightful. Whether you simply want to relax in our incredibly comfortable beds and indulge in our generous breakfasts served with homemade specialties in our peaceful garden, or if you prefer to explore the attractions of the village, such as the picturesque banks of the river Arros with its picnic tables or the 12th century abbey, we've got you covered.

For dining options, you can enjoy a meal at the bistro du pays or let us prepare a delicious evening meal for you (please give us 24 hours notice).

We offer four charming rooms for your comfort:
- The Pink Room: a cozy double room
- The Blue Room: a comfortable twin room
- The Pink and Blue rooms share a modern shower room and toilet.
- The Suite: ideal for 2-4 guests, overlooking the garden, with private facilities
- The Library: a peaceful single room with bathroom facilities downstairs

Additionally, you will have access to our salon and dining room whenever you need them, along with WiFi, a library stocked with books and DVDs, and the option to watch English, French, or German television.

If you're arriving at Tarbes train station, Pau or Lourdes airports, don't worry about transportation – we can arrange to pick you up.

Directions

To get to Abbey St Sever de Rustan, follow these directions:

1. Take Exit A64 at Tournay.
2. After passing through the toll gate, take the second exit at the roundabout towards Tournay.
3. After driving for about a mile, you will reach another roundabout. Take the second exit onto Bordes, Abbey St Sever de Rustan will be indicated.
4. Follow the signs for the abbey and/or Villecomtal.
5. After approximately 3km, make a right turn on board.
6. Proceed straight and turn right at the store.
7. After about 200m, take the second exit at the roundabout towards Villecomtal.
8. Continue on this road for about 15 miles until you reach a village called Chelle Debate.
9. Once you cross a small bridge near the church, take the first left turn.
10. Keep going until you reach a Stop sign. You will spot a bistro called the Old Country Inn diagonally across from the sign.
11. Go straight for about 8 km towards Villecomtal.
12. Pass through a village called Laméac, and St Sever is approximately 3 km after that.
13. At the crossroads at the entrance to St Sever, turn left.
14. Look for the second house on the right with blue shutters, and that's where you'll find us.
