It offers 2 bedrooms, one with a single bed for one adult or two children, and the other with a comfortable double bed. A baby cot is also available. The living room features a well-equipped kitchen area, a cozy lounge area, and amenities such as a washing machine, dishwasher, color TV, small freezer, and microwave. Outside, there is a terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue, as well as a sandpit and swing for the children to enjoy. The gite is set on a spacious 3,000m² ground filled with beautiful chestnut trees. For your comfort, there is electric central heating throughout the property. The village is only 500m away, situated at an altitude of 380m. There is a communal fishing pond just 700m from the gite, while CHAMBERY Poncharal, located 5km away, offers opportunities for swimming, pedal boating, and fishing. The gite is perfectly located for exploring nearby attractions such as Brive, Tulle, Collonge Rouge, Les Pans Travassac and its slate quarries, the charming market town of Objat, the famous Haras de Pompadour, the Caves of Lascaux II, the picturesque villages of Saint Robert and Segur-le-Chateau, and even the stunning Rocamadour.
