Located just ten minutes away from downtown La Rochelle and Ile de Re, this spacious guest room offers a peaceful retreat with a large enclosed garden (800 m²). The room itself measures 35 m² and features an independent large bay window that overlooks the garden and terrace. Inside, you'll find an office corner, a comfortable double bed (1,60 m x 2m), two leather armchairs, a wardrobe, and a multimedia corner with a TV, satellite channels, DVD player, USB port, and WiFi access. The room also includes a private bathroom, toilets, and entrance, as well as private parking.

In addition to the serene surroundings, there are plenty of activities to enjoy nearby. Take a stroll along the beautiful beaches and coastline, or engage in some sports like tennis and golf on the nearby 18-hole golf course. All the necessary amenities, including shops and restaurants, are conveniently located in the vicinity. The airport and train station are also just a 10-minute drive away.

The guest room can accommodate up to four people and the rates range from €50 to €90 per night, inclusive of breakfast. Please note that there is a minimum stay requirement of two nights for bookings. Additionally, please be aware that the guest room is closed from November 1st to February 28th each year.

The rates for the guest room are as follows:
- Low season (September 1st to June 30th): €55 for 1 person, €58 for 2 people, €75 for 3 people, and €90 for 4 people.
- High season (July 1st to August 31st): €60 for 1 person, €63 for 2 people, €78 for 3 people, and €90 for 4 people.

Please note that the local holiday tax is not included in the rates.

Toujours aussi agreable pour notre 3e séjour dans cette chambre d'hotes avec un super accueil.nous venons de passer 5 nuits avec notre petit fils et avons profité des bons petits déjeuners de mme mieze ainsi que de la terrasse bien agréable le soir

Madame Mieze est une personne à l'écoute et discrète.
La chambre est attenante à la maison, spacieuse et fonctionnelle.
Petit déjeuner maison très bon.

Excellente adresse pour une famille de 4 avec une chambre réellement spacieuse et confortable. La météo ne nous a pas permis de profiter de l'espace extérieur pour prendre le petit déjeuner en terrasse, c'est notre seul regret. Très bon rapport qualité prix.
