The Kagran subway station is conveniently located just a two-minute stroll from our rooms. With a quick train ride, you can easily reach the Austria Center and the Vienna International Center in just two minutes, while the bustling city center of Stephansplatz is a mere nine-minute journey away.For your convenience, a variety of entertainment options, shopping facilities, and restaurants can be found in the nearby Donauzentrum shopping mall, which is just a five-minute walk from our location.
Start your day off right with our delicious breakfast spread. Indulge in a selection of fresh fruits, crisp vegetables, homemade jams, and muesli. Additionally, we offer a delightful egg dish and a platter of assorted cheeses to satisfy your palate.

Directions
Car:
From the south (A2), take the A22 until you reach the "Vienna International Center" exit. Immediately after the exit, take a left towards "Kagran". When you exit the tunnel, turn left at the traffic light, then right at the next traffic light onto "Wagramerstraße". Continue driving for approximately 1 kilometer, crossing the old Danube River. At the Mc´Donald´s, turn left onto "Franz Loidl Straße". Drive for 200 meters, then take a left, followed by the next right onto "Obere Alte Donau". The next small road on your right is Schlenthergasse. Our number is 17. Although it may sound complicated, it is actually quite simple!
Train:
Take subway U1 and get off at Kagran. From the Kagran subway station, it is a 5-minute walk to our house. Since the street is small and may not be well-known, I recommend picking up a free map of Vienna at the train station. Upon arrival at Kagran Station, take the back exit towards Anton Sattler Gasse. Once outside the station, turn right into the small lane. At the end of this lane, you will reach Donizettiweg. Turn right and then take the second street on the left (Schlenthergasse) where you will find The Rooms at No. 17.
