Additionally, the house boasts excellent insulation with double-windows and eco-friendly materials.

The main room serves as the entrance and living area, furnished with two sofas, a coffee table, a large cabinet, a long dining table with six chairs, two lamps, a flat-screen TV, a phone plug, and Wi-Fi access. The fully-equipped kitchen features an inox double-bowl, a gas hob with four burners, an extractor hood, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a washing machine, a dishwasher, and tableware.

On the ground floor, you will find Bedroom 1 with two separable beds, fitted closets, a bedside table, and bedding linen. The mezzanine level houses Bedroom 2, which includes a separable double bed, two bed lamps, storage units, an armchair, a desk, a phone plug, and bedding linen. The bathroom is complete with heated towel racks, washbasins, a cupboard, a bath, a shower, and bathroom linen. Separate toilets are also available.

For your comfort, the house is equipped with city gas heating, internet access, and a direct phone line. Outside, the garden is illuminated with outdoor lighting and has an automatic watering system. A private car park and a locked garage are provided. Additionally, the gite offers easy access for disabled individuals. Access to the swimming pool and bikes is available, subject to conditions.

- It is only a 5-minute drive from Muret station, which offers direct trains to Toulouse.
