Welcome to Mouans Sartoux, a charming town situated on the French Riviera, nestled between the renowned destinations of Cannes and the perfume capital, Grasse. Our location is conveniently only 20 minutes away from Nice airport, making it easily accessible for travelers.The town center, train station, and bus terminal are all within a pleasant 15-minute walk from our self-contained ground floor flat, which has recently been renovated. The flat can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests and is equipped with a fully functional kitchenette and a modern shower room. Bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience.
We offer parking facilities for your vehicles and a pool is available for use, subject to certain conditions. Additionally, we can arrange for babysitting services upon request. Please note that we have a strict no animals and no smoking policy.
Our multilingual staff can assist you in English, German, French, and Polish. Rental of our flat is on a weekly basis, with rates as follows: 600 euros per week in July and August, 500 euros per week in June and September, and 450 euros per week for other months. A deposit of 300 euros is required.

Golf facilities are conveniently located just 1 km away, while the stunning beaches are a mere 15 km away, offering breathtaking panoramic views.
Recently renovated, this spacious flat comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests (baby cot available upon request) and features a fully equipped kitchenette and a modern shower room. Bed linen and towels are provided for your convenience.
The property offers parking facilities and, subject to conditions, access to a refreshing pool. Babysitting services are available upon request. Please note that pets and smoking are not allowed.
Our friendly and multilingual staff can communicate in English, German, French, and Polish to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay. Rental is available on a weekly basis.
Prices are as follows:
- 600 Euros per week in July and August
- 500 Euros per week in June and September
- 450 Euros per week during other months
A deposit of 300 Euros is required.

Directions
To reach your destination, follow these revised travel directions: Take exit 42 Cannes centre, Mouans Sartoux, towards Grasse on the A8 (Aix, Nice) highway. Once on the expressway, use the fourth exit leading to Mouans Sartoux. At the roundabout, turn left and continue following the signs for 'Centre Ville' and 'Gare' (train station). From there, proceed towards Valbonne/Plascassier along the road. The house is conveniently situated just 3 minutes away from the center of Mouans Sartoux.
