Embark on a new adventure with us, as we venture into a different realm of our business after successfully establishing two theme restaurants in Paris and Burgundy. In 2005, we decided to return to our roots and begin a new chapter in our lives. After dedicating 30 years to the conservation profession in Paris, specifically "in Bourguignon du Marais," we handed over the reins of our establishment, which is now under the ownership of Philip Lalot. Rest assured, the legacy of Burgundy lives on through his careful selection of wines for the menu.
