Description for Gite
Located in the southern part of the picturesque Loire Valley, just a two-hour drive from Paris, this enchanting 18th-century cottage has been recently renovated and transformed into three cozy holiday homes, accommodating groups of 6 to 30 people.Pamoja Liptrap offers contemporary and luminous spaces, accommodating up to 10 guests. For a more traditional and charming experience, Pamoja Touraine is perfect for 2 to 6 people. Lastly, our brand new Pamoja Cooma can comfortably accommodate groups of 8 to 14.
Our location is ideal, boasting a peaceful lakeside setting in Chemillé-sur-Indrois, with the medieval church of Saint Vincent right across. We are also conveniently situated near the famous chateaux of the Loire Valley and numerous vineyards. For those seeking adventure, we are only a short distance from Paris (2 hours), the Futuroscope of Poitiers (1.5 hours), Disneyland Paris, the sea, and ski slopes (all within 3 hours).
Our holiday homes offer generous spaces, comprising three separate units that can be combined, making them perfect for vacations with friends or family. These architect-designed homes are wheelchair accessible (Pamoja Liptrap) and provide a lovely 300-meter walk along the lakeside to enjoy the beach, playground, boat rentals, restaurant, mini-golf, and fishing activities. Additionally, we offer a convenient "get together" room for meals and seminars.
Each of our beautifully designed and well-equipped holiday homes offer a range of amenities, including modern and practical facilities, baby equipment, games, toys, books, a baby-grand piano, Wi-fi internet connection, BBQ facilities, outdoor furniture, tennis rackets, fishing rods, a pétanque game, a canoe, and bicycles available for rent. We also provide additional services such as meals, cooking lessons, wine tasting, babysitting, and guided tours upon request.
We have created our dream home with an idyllic setting, spacious gardens, practical amenities, comfortable furniture, pleasant lighting, and a focus on sustainability. Our commitment to accessibility is evident through wheelchair access, rainwater recovery, use of local materials, and the use of Class A or A+ electrical appliances and lighting.
With the collaboration of architects, designers, and craftsmen, we have brought this beautiful place back to life, where peace, comfort, design, and respect for others and nature intertwine. This is the birth of "Pamoja," a word derived from Africa that signifies togetherness. "Pamoja" is not just our dream, but also your dream holiday home.
