Description for B&B:
Once you pass through the driveway adorned with ancient oak trees, you will stumble upon Kermeur, a stunning mansion built in 1869. Nestled in the picturesque Brittany Countryside, yet just 12 km from the sea, your stay here promises to be a serene experience, surrounded by a magnificent 4-hectare park filled with diverse tree species and inhabited by graceful Erwan horses. This property is also recognized as a bird sanctuary, providing a home to charming creatures such as drovers, doves, and robins, while the songs of woodpeckers, magpies, and Carla owls create a soothing ambiance.Originally a farm until 1987, this estate has been carefully transformed while preserving its timeless charm. Today, it is our pleasure to welcome guests to this house that embraces simplicity and refinement. We offer three uniquely decorated bedrooms, each equipped with a selection of documentation and books about Brittany, as well as a kettle for indulging in tranquil moments with a cup of tea. Each room also features an en-suite bathroom or shower spa, complete with a hairdryer and cozy bathrobes.
Start your day with a delightful breakfast, consisting of fresh bread, toast, pastries or croissants, homemade jams, cereals, and refreshing fruit juices. Served in the grand dining room overlooking a crackling fireplace or in the garden by the pool during the spring season, you can enjoy this meal alongside coffee, tea, milk, or hot chocolate. Additionally, you are welcome to make use of the inviting living room and library during your stay.
Rest assured that your car will be safely housed in our garage overnight. Please note that pets are not permitted, as our friendly greyhound Juno prefers to be the sole recipient of the warm welcome that our esteemed guests deserve.
