Upstairs:Ascending from the Reception area, you will find an elegant oak staircase leading to a spacious mezzanine where you can unwind and relax. Connected to the mezzanine are one double bedroom (with space for a travel cot or single bed if needed), two twin bedded rooms (one with space for a travel cot or single bed if needed), and a room with full-size bunk beds. Additionally, there are two rooms, one with a shower and the other with a shower, toilet, and hand basin.
Downstairs:
On the lower level, there is a comfortable double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, toilet, and hand basin, designed to accommodate elderly and disabled guests. There is also a separate room with a toilet.
Kitchen & Dining Area:
Separated from the Living room by charming oak beams, you will find a fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, and electric cooker. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area furnished with a large oak table capable of seating up to 10 people. Guests are welcome to utilize these facilities for preparing their meals. Additionally, the washing machine is available for use at a small additional charge of 2 Euros per load.
Living Room:
The Living Room offers a cozy ambiance with two leather sofas placed on either side of a large wood-burning stove. This space serves as a gathering spot for guests to socialize, meet new people, or simply relax and enjoy a good book or TV show.
Reception Area:
A computer is provided for guests to use, conveniently located on the Captains Desk, offering internet access via a WIFI connection.
Outside:
Les Noisettes features a well-maintained garden where children and active adults can play and expend their energy, while others can bask in the sun on the various pieces of garden furniture. Through the French Doors in the Living Room, there is a tiled patio area, accompanied by a built-in BBQ, perfect for grilling burgers, fish, and steaks purchased from local shops. Additionally, there is a spacious patio area at the front of the house, ideal for enjoying the afternoon and evening sunshine. Ample parking space is available for up to 4 vehicles, including the option to accommodate caravans.
Les Noisettes is an excellent choice for singles, families, the elderly, and disabled guests. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside the house.

Directions
To reach Les Noisettes, start by taking the D36 towards Eguzon-Chantome from the A20. Continue on this road for about 3 miles until you reach Argentieres village. Once there, you'll notice a sign on the village green pointing towards Les Noisettes. Take a right turn at this sign, and then turn left onto Bis Route Du Bois.
