The ground floor of the farmhouse has been transformed into three spacious double rooms with en-suite bathrooms, offering comfort and ample space. Each room has its own separate entrance, located on different sides of the farmhouse. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms.Le Marche is a hidden gem that has yet to be overrun by mass tourism. Description for Gite
Located in the garden, you will discover Oleandro, a charming detached bungalow spanning 48m². This delightful accommodation is perfect for a couple or a small family with one or two children. Inside, you will find two single beds (or one double bed) as well as a spacious sleeping couch. For your convenience, a washing machine is provided. Additionally, Casa Oleandro offers a private garden, parking space, and a breathtaking view of the stunning hills. If desired, guests are welcome to join others for breakfast at the farmhouse for a fee of €7.00 per person. Please note that smoking is not permitted in Oleandro, and pets are allowed upon request.Reviews

Directions from Northern Italy:
To get to our Bed & Breakfast from Northern Italy, start by following the A1 towards Milan from Parma - Bologna. Continue on the A1 towards Bologna. Once you reach Bologna, take the A14 in the direction of Rimini - Ancona. Take the A14 exit Ancona Nord and continue on the SS76 towards Jesi, Fabriano, and Roma. After approximately 25 minutes, you will reach the Mergo / Apiro exit. Take the right turn at the exit and follow the signs for Mergo. Continue straight and follow the road up the mountain. After about 10 minutes, you will pass the village of Mergo. Keep going straight on this road beyond the village. When you reach the T-junction after a kilometer, continue straight ahead (past a small church). Follow the road towards Rosora, but immediately take the first left onto Via Panocchia. After a little over one kilometer, you will see a sign for "Casa dei Colli" indicating the road to our Bed & Breakfast on the right.

If you are coming from Rome, take the ring road from the A1 towards the north. Take the Orte exit towards Terni. Turn right at Osteria del Gatto onto the SS76 towards Fabriano and Ancona. Take the Mergo / Apiro exit and go down the exit, following the signs for Mergo. Keep going straight and follow the road up the mountain. After approximately 10 minutes, you will pass the village of Mergo. Continue on this road beyond the village. After a kilometer, you will reach a T-junction. Go straight ahead (past a small church). Follow the road towards Rosora, but immediately take the first left onto Via Panocchia.
