This charming cottage offers a private entrance and features a beautiful garden, parking area, and a lovely terrace with comfortable outdoor furniture. Guests can also enjoy the convenience of an above ground pool.Inside, the cottage boasts a fully equipped kitchen complete with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, 5-burner stove, and a fridge/freezer. The dining room is furnished with a TV and DVD player for entertainment.
There are three spacious double bedrooms, one of which includes a sink and shower. Additionally, there are two separate bathrooms with showers, two toilets, a washing machine, and two small annexes. Each annexe includes a single bed and a mezzanine with a sofa and a library.
To ensure a hassle-free stay, beds will be made upon arrival and towels are provided in the bathrooms.
Conveniently located, this cottage is just 45 minutes away from the sea, 1.5 hours from the mountains, and a short distance from Spain.

Directions
To get to Dax from Bordeaux, follow the expressway towards Dax. After approximately 30 kilometers, you will reach the town of Amou. Continue on the same road towards Pomarez and Amou until you reach the exit for Management Hagetmau. Take the second road on the right and continue for 400 meters until you arrive at your destination.
