We offer three comfortable rooms that can accommodate 1 to 4 people, depending on our customers' needs. Each room is equipped with all necessary amenities.On the ground floor, there is a shared common room where you can find everything you need to prepare coffee or tea. Additionally, a collection of books and regional documentation is available for your reading pleasure.
Our guests are welcome to enjoy our garden, pool, and 3-acre oak wood, perfect for peaceful strolls.
We serve a delicious continental breakfast, prepared by us using locally sourced ingredients. Weather permitting, breakfast can be enjoyed in our conservatory or in the garden.
For entertainment, we provide a pool table and a piano in the house.
Private parking and WiFi are available, and our house is non-smoking. We also accept pets upon request, with an additional charge.
Description for Gite
Our charming cottage rental offers three spacious bedrooms and a comfortable living area on the ground floor. While the access is independent, it is conveniently located within the same farmhouse as our main house. The kitchen area is fully equipped with a fridge top, hob, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and all necessary dishes. Additionally, guests have unrestricted access to the pool and billiard room. Please note that weekend rentals are available all year round, except during the summer period and school holidays.Reviews

Directions
To reach Le Mas de Briquepierre, take exit 17 on the ring road of Toulouse. Follow the signs for Quint Fonsegrives, and then proceed towards Lanta / Caraman. Once you pass through the village of Lanta, continue in the direction of Caraman. After approximately 5 km, you will find Le Mas de Briquepierre on your left.
