Come and experience a piece of paradise in a charming old rural village, typically Breton. Our idyllic property is situated on the banks of the beautiful Ria d'Etel, and is perfectly located near numerous hiking trails, as well as shops and tourist sites such as Quiberon, Carnac, Auray, and Vannes. Here, you can enjoy the tranquility of our surroundings and take leisurely walks along our paths, where you will have the opportunity to encounter our friendly horses, ponies, dwarf goats, and chickens. Our affectionate dogs and cats may also come greet you during your stay.

Our accommodation, the Chaumière, offers four comfortable guest rooms, each adorned with tasteful decorations. Each room is unique to cater to everyone's preferences. We have the Armor and la Bohème room with a cozy 160-sized bed, the Korrigans room with two comfortable 90-sized beds, and the Argoat room with a 140-sized bed and an additional 90-sized bed. Each room comes with its own private bathroom and shower. On the ground floor, our guests can relax in our comfortable lounge area. A delicious breakfast is provided to our guests every morning.

In addition to our guest rooms, we also offer three charming cottages. The Bergerie cottage is perfect for two people, the Four à Pain cottage is ideal for another two people, and the Stable cottage can comfortably accommodate two adults and two children. These accommodations complete our range of options for your stay.

La Bergerie is a cozy ground floor cottage designed for the comfort of two people. It offers all the essential amenities one might need during their stay, and boasts a private terrace for a delightful experience.

Le Four à Pain is a charming cottage, perfect for a couple seeking a cozy retreat. With a well-appointed interior, the bedroom is located on the upper floor, creating a truly cocooning atmosphere. The cottage comes fully equipped and also provides garden furniture, a barbecue, and deckchairs in the private garden.

The Stable is a spacious accommodation that can comfortably accommodate two adults and two children. With two bedrooms and a shower room/wc on the upper floor, and a fully equipped kitchen and living room on the ground floor, this cottage offers ample space for the whole family. A large terrace adds to its charm, along with a private garden and parking area. This delightful cottage seamlessly blends modern comfort with the allure of rustic charm.

Directions

To reach Kercadoret Farms, follow these travel directions: Take the Erdeven Etel Carnac Belz exit from national RN165. At the roundabout, continue onto D22 towards Erdeven Etel Belz. Drive for approximately 11 kilometers until you reach the entrance to Belz. At the town panel, turn right towards Ninezur. Continue for 700 meters, and on your right, you will find Kercadoret Farms marked by a large wooden sign at the entrance.
