Experience peace, quiet, and privacy in our spacious holiday house for 6 persons. Completely renovated in 2009, this detached house offers a separate entrance and parking space. Located just 60 yards from the castle and on the edge of a beautiful 12.5-acre castle garden, you can enjoy leisurely strolls in a serene setting.Inside, you will find a charming blend of modern luxury and old-world charm. With 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, our house provides all the comforts you need. Step outside onto the large patio with a pergola, or relax in your own private garden spanning over 220 sqm. Enjoy outdoor dining, sipping wine, and barbecuing with the provided garden and barbecue equipment. The house is also equipped with games, table tennis, and a TV, ensuring that no one will ever be bored. And, of course, everyone can take advantage of the swimming pool (7x13, heated) located in the castle's park.
The climate in this area is mild in winter and warm in summer. It is not uncommon for people to have their Christmas lunch outside. With approximately 300 sunny days per year, this region is a haven for sunshine seekers. The Narbonne beach is just 45 km away, while the Bize-Minervois lake offers opportunities for canoeing at 29 km. Walking and cycling routes are easily accessible, with some even starting from the holiday home itself. Various lakes for fishing and surfing are 9 km away.
