We have 3 spacious rooms spread across two levels for your convenience. On the upper level, there are 2 bedrooms of 17 m² each, equipped with 160x200 bedding. One of these bedrooms even has a mezzanine with an additional bed available upon request. Both bedrooms offer direct access to a large outdoor terrace measuring 62 sqm, which overlooks the beautiful park. The bathroom on this level features a bath/shower cabin with jets, a double washbasin, and a separate toilet.On the ground floor, there is another bedroom/suite with a PMR 140x190 bed. This room has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet, covering an area of 19 m².
Outside, you can enjoy our furnished terraces with comfortable garden furniture. The property also includes a well-maintained green space, an orchard, a water feature, a kiosk, a bowling pitch (with balls provided), and a parking area.
Our location is conveniently situated near various attractions: Honfleur is 20 km away, Deauville is 34 km away, Le Havre is 38 km away, Rouen is 55 km away, and Caen is 70 km away. Additionally, less than a kilometer from our property, you will find a golf course, a sailing club, a lake, and a river ideal for fishing.
Our rates are as follows: For a week-long stay (Monday to Thursday), the rate is 79 Euros per night. For a weekend stay (Friday to Sunday), the rate is 95 Euros per night. These prices include the room, bed linen, bath, and breakfast served at our table, in the room, or on the terrace. If you require equestrian facilities, we have 2 boxes available (please contact us). Furthermore, it is possible to rent the entire estate upon request.

Directions
To get to Pont-Audemer from Paris, take the A13 highway and exit at Exit 26 for Pont-Audemer. Then, follow the signs for Pont-Audemer and continue on the A13 towards Caen, Deauville, and Trouville on the D675 road. As you pass through Saint-Germain-Village, enter Toutainville. Once you see the entry sign for the village, take the first left onto Path Vauliou, which leads to the Craft Zone of Hetrey. At the fork, turn right onto Tricqueville Road. Keep going until you pass under the bridge and then immediately turn right. Continue past the laundry on your left and cross the small bridge. Right after the bridge, you will see a gray gate on your right. Please make sure to open the gate before proceeding.
