Nestled in the Regional Natural Park of the Chevreuse Valley, it offers easy access to the renowned Château de Breteuil and its expansive 80-hectare park.DESCRIPTION: This cottage boasts a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere, occupying a detached house with a small garden. On the ground floor, you will find a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, a cozy living room with a TV lounge, and a well-equipped kitchen featuring a double sink tray, ceramic 4 burner stove and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with a freezer, microwave oven, storage cabinets, kitchen utensils, and dishes. Additionally, there is a breakfast area for your convenience.
The first floor houses three bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with 2 single beds and a sofa bed suitable for a child, and a smaller room with a single bed. You will also find a toilet and a bathroom on this floor.
On the second floor, tucked under the roof, there is a small apartment complete with a kitchenette (including a microwave and refrigerator), a dining area, a shower room, and a toilet. This floor also features a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, as well as a lounge area.
