LA GRANGE: This charming cottage holds a Clévacances 3 key tourism approval and is conveniently situated near Versailles and Rambouillet. Nestled in the Regional Natural Park of the Chevreuse Valley, it offers easy access to the renowned Château de Breteuil and its expansive 80-hectare park.

DESCRIPTION: This cottage boasts a pleasant and comfortable atmosphere, occupying a detached house with a small garden. On the ground floor, you will find a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, a cozy living room with a TV lounge, and a well-equipped kitchen featuring a double sink tray, ceramic 4 burner stove and oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with a freezer, microwave oven, storage cabinets, kitchen utensils, and dishes. Additionally, there is a breakfast area for your convenience.

The first floor houses three bedrooms: one with a double bed, another with 2 single beds and a sofa bed suitable for a child, and a smaller room with a single bed. You will also find a toilet and a bathroom on this floor.

On the second floor, tucked under the roof, there is a small apartment complete with a kitchenette (including a microwave and refrigerator), a dining area, a shower room, and a toilet. This floor also features a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, as well as a lounge area.

The cottage offers internet access and benefits from a nearby bus network providing transportation to Rambouillet and the Chevreuse RER station, which connects to Paris in Saint Remy les Chevreuse.
