Loucastan is a recently renovated house located in a peaceful hamlet, just 3 km away from the highway. Surrounding the property, you will find an unfenced meadow on the south side, providing a lovely shaded area for your meals, as well as a charming chataigneraie (chestnut grove) on the north side.

This spacious house can accommodate either 4 or 8 guests, with two bedrooms located on the ground floor and two more bedrooms upstairs under the roof. Each level offers a room with its own separate bathroom, including a shower room and toilets. Additionally, there is a well-equipped kitchen with an inglenook fireplace and a dining room where you can enjoy your meals. For moments of relaxation, there is also a lounge area upstairs.

Directions

To reach Tulle, take exit 20 for Seilhac or Clermont Ferrand from the highway. Then, follow RN120 towards Naves Seilhac. After that, take a left onto D167 and continue until you reach the village of Lagraulière, which is 1.5 km away. If you are coming from Limoges or Brive, take exit 45 and continue on RN120 towards Seilhac for 3 km. Finally, turn right onto D167 and proceed for another 3 km.
