Situated on the first and last floor of a historic farmhouse dating back to 1718, the apartment offers complete independence. With a size of 50 m2, it features a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa, a well-equipped kitchen, and a dining area. The bedroom, separated by a glass roof, includes a double bed (160 X 200) and a modern shower room with a toilet. The apartment has been recently renovated, combining stone floors, canopy, and harmonious colors to create a relaxing atmosphere. Enjoy the stunning views of Mont Ventoux and the neighboring villages of Lacoste, Roussillon, and Gordes. The "LA GRANGE" apartment is the perfect place to unwind under the sun and explore the beauty of Provence.Weekly prices for 2017 (for 2 persons):
- Until 1st April: 395 euros (or 59 euros per day)
- From 1st April to 13th May: 450 euros (or 69 euros per day)
- From 13th May to 1st July: 550 euros (or 79 euros per day)
- From 1st July to 2nd September: 665 euros (or 95 euros per day)
- From 2nd September to 30th September: 550 euros (or 79 euros per day)
- From 30th September to 13th October: 450 euros (or 69 euros per day)
- Until 31st December: 395 euros (or 59 euros per day)
- Christmas week (23rd December to 6th January 2017): 450 euros (or 69 euros per day)
Please note that weekly rentals are available from Saturday to Saturday between 1st July and 2nd September. Outside of this period, a minimum stay of 3 days is possible. Additional guests above two are charged at 15 euros per day. The rates quoted are all-inclusive, covering electricity, taxes, Wi-Fi, and linen and towels.
