LAKE Issarlès in the High Ardèche region offers a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Our detached house features 2 ground floor rooms with a private garden and is only 50m away from the beach and pine forest. Enjoy the convenience of private parking, a garden with a lounge area, sunbeds, parasol, and a barbecue. The house has an independent entrance and measures 45m2. It is labeled MINT* and offers a fully equipped kitchen with additional sleeping arrangements on 2 sofa beds and a TV. The kitchen includes an electric stove, gas 4 hotplates, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, vacuum cleaner, iron, table ironing board, and a hairdryer. The bedroom has 1 double bed and the possibility of adding a baby bed. The bathroom includes a shower, sink, and toilet. Additional storage space is available in the corridor with provided blankets. For comfort, the house has central heating, an extra oil stove, double glazing, curtains, and the option to rent linens. The house comfortably accommodates 3 people and offers a countryside view. Rest assured in the calm and pastoral setting. It is ideal for couples with one child, athletes, and retirees. The weekly price is 350 euros plus a tax of 0.35 euro per person per night (2011 price).
