Experience the charm of the Montlouis sur Loire vineyards and the Castle Road with a stay at our cozy small house nestled at the foot of the hills.On the ground floor, you will find a spacious 30 m² living room and a convenient toilet. Upstairs, there is a lovely master bedroom measuring 11 m², a charming duplex bedroom with a double bed and two single beds on the mezzanine, and a bathroom with toilet.
The main room features a well-equipped kitchen with a washing machine, dishwasher, and microwave. There is also a comfortable sitting area with a sofa and a TV. Take advantage of the pleasant terrace on the side to enjoy dining outdoors with the available garden furniture.
Upon request, we can provide a cot and high chair for your little ones.
Our location is ideal, just 15 km away from popular attractions such as Chenonceau, Amboise, and Tours. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the easy access to the Loire River bike path, located just 100 m from the house. Additionally, there is a cooperative cellar and a gourmet restaurant only 150 m away, ensuring you have plenty of options for wine tasting and dining. Shops, restaurants, and supermarkets are conveniently located 5 km away.
For family-friendly activities, visit the Mini-Chateaux and Touraine Aquarium, both within a 10-minute drive. If you're looking for a day trip, the famous Beauval Zoo and Futuroscope are within a 1-hour drive.
Getting to our house is a breeze with easy access to the A10 motorway and a TGV station located just 9 km away.
We offer optional services for your convenience, including bed linen rental (10 for beds and 6 for single beds), towel rental (5 per person), and an end-of-stay cleaning package (40).
If you're looking for a short getaway, we also offer weekend rentals for 100 for 2 days or 150 for 3 days.
Payment terms include a 30% deposit upon booking and the balance due upon arrival. Please note that a tax surcharge of 0.50 per day per person applies. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

To reach your destination, you can take either the A10 highway or the train. If driving, take the A10 or A85 exit, then drive for approximately 10 minutes to reach your destination. If taking the train, the nearest station is also about 10 minutes away from your destination.
