Located in the "Les Marines" residence, there is a large car park available.The residence is conveniently situated just a short walk away from Lake Tanchet and only 600m from the beach. For outdoor enthusiasts, there are bicycle and hiking paths right at the doorstep. You will also find various amenities within walking distance, such as a bakery, newsagent, supermarket, and restaurants. A larger supermarket is just 2km away, and there is even a restaurant with a pool located at the foot of the residence.
The apartment itself features an entrance, a dining area with a toilet, a living room with an open kitchen that overlooks the terrace, and a bedroom with a comfortable double bed (140cm) to accommodate 2 people.
Included amenities are hot plates, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker, a kettle, and crockery. There is also a table with chairs, a sofa bed available for an additional charge, a flat-screen TV, blankets, duvets, pillows, bolsters, garden furniture, and a sunshade.
