Situated in a tranquil residential area, this villa offers a peaceful retreat. It is located just 50 meters away from the beach, making it a convenient choice for beach enthusiasts. The villa itself boasts a charming ground garden with a spacious 250 m² garden. The main room is bathed in sunlight and overlooks a private garden, featuring a comfortable sofa bed. Additionally, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, dishwasher, and oven. The villa consists of three rooms, including two bedrooms with double beds, one bathroom, and a separate toilet. A washing machine is also available for guests' convenience. Outside, there is a barbecue and garden furniture, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals. During the months of July and August, the villa can accommodate up to six people at a rate of 1,800 per month (prices may vary depending on the number of guests). For other periods, prices are determined by the season. This villa is an ideal choice for a relaxing holiday, and the owners are available to offer recommendations on exploring the beautiful coves of the region, as well as suggest excellent restaurants to experience the gastronomy of Corsica.
