GROUND FLOOR:The entrance hall is 9 m² in size and includes a toilet and sink (3 m²). The kitchen/living/lounge area is 43 m² and features a built-in kitchen with 2 sinks, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, 4 vitro ceramic, oven, extractor, microwave, raclette, fondue set, toaster, and waffle iron. The living room opens onto a covered terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The lounge area includes a color TV, DVD player, fireplace, sofas, and armchairs. There is also a garage (25 sqm) with a washing machine.
UPSTAIRS:
There is a large mezzanine (15 m²) that opens onto a balcony and has two beds in an alcove (90 size). Bedroom 1 is 17 m² and opens onto a balcony with a 140 bed and an additional 80 bed.
