Situated in a peaceful countryside village within the town of Mandeville en Bessin, it enjoys a tranquil setting while still being conveniently close to Bayeux (a mere fifteen-minute drive) and the sea (only 10 minutes away). Surrounded by a picturesque orchard of sixty apple trees and dotted with grazing sheep, the house and cottage have been carefully renovated to highlight the local stone and architectural features. The interior boasts a tasteful and understated decor, ensuring a soothing and comfortable stay for our esteemed guests.

The ground floor of the cottage features a spacious living room with a dining area that can comfortably accommodate 14 guests. Adjacent to the dining area is a cozy lounge area equipped with a TV and DVD player. This open space seamlessly flows into the fully-equipped kitchen. Additionally, there is a convenient shower room and a separate WC on this level.

Moving upstairs, you will find four charming bedrooms. "The sea" bedroom offers a double bed (140cm), a single bed (90cm), and a cot. "The swamp" bedroom provides a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm). The "The forest" bedroom offers a double bed (140cm), and the fourth bedroom features two single beds (90cm) that can be easily joined together. There is also a bathroom with a toilet on this floor.

Outside, the cottage boasts a lovely terrace complete with garden furniture, parasols, and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals. There is a garden shed that provides deckchairs and various games for children. The cottage is surrounded by a beautiful flower garden, and the parking area is securely fenced off from the road. It is worth noting that the cottage is specifically well-suited for children.
