The Domaine de la Vautier Court is a charming old farmhouse in the traditional Norman style. It offers accommodation for 8 to 10 people and features three delightful rooms. Situated in a peaceful countryside village within the town of Mandeville en Bessin, it enjoys a tranquil setting while still being conveniently close to Bayeux (a mere fifteen-minute drive) and the sea (only 10 minutes away). Surrounded by a picturesque orchard of sixty apple trees and dotted with grazing sheep, the house and cottage have been carefully renovated to highlight the local stone and architectural features. The ground floor of the cottage features a spacious living room with a dining area that can comfortably accommodate 14 guests. Adjacent to the dining area is a cozy lounge area equipped with a TV and DVD player. This open space seamlessly flows into the fully-equipped kitchen. Additionally, there is a convenient shower room and a separate WC on this level.Moving upstairs, you will find four charming bedrooms. "The sea" bedroom offers a double bed (140cm), a single bed (90cm), and a cot. "The swamp" bedroom provides a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm). The "The forest" bedroom offers a double bed (140cm), and the fourth bedroom features two single beds (90cm) that can be easily joined together. There is also a bathroom with a toilet on this floor.
Outside, the cottage boasts a lovely terrace complete with garden furniture, parasols, and a barbecue, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals. There is a garden shed that provides deckchairs and various games for children. The cottage is surrounded by a beautiful flower garden, and the parking area is securely fenced off from the road. It is worth noting that the cottage is specifically well-suited for children.
