This duplex apartment offers a stunning view of the church and is conveniently located in the heart of the village, close to shops. Ury, the village where it is situated, is within a 15-minute drive to all the climbing forest sites.The weekly rental price for this apartment is 390 euros. To secure your booking, a deposit of 200 euros can be made using Cotion, with the option to pay via Paypal after contacting us.
If you need to cancel your reservation, you will receive a full refund if done so more than three weeks before the scheduled date. However, if you cancel within two weeks of the scheduled date, only 100 euros will be refunded.
The cottage will be available for guests starting in October.
The accommodation includes a spacious kitchen, bathroom, and a cozy living room equipped with hi-fi, TV, DVD player (with a sofa bed). On the second floor, there is a bedroom with three single beds and a library area that serves as a partition. The library is well-stocked with books, comics, and games.
Additionally, internet connection is available in the apartment for guests to use.
