Our Bed and Breakfast, Au Jardin de la Bachellerie, is located in the heart of La Bachellerie village and in close proximity to the medieval village of Montignac, famous for its prehistoric caves known as the "grottes de Lascaux". Housed in a 17th century presbytery, our property has undergone a meticulous restoration that has maintained its authentic charm while seamlessly blending contemporary and traditional elements.Guests can enjoy our expansive 2-hectare garden, where they can relax in the sun by the swimming pool or indulge in traditional Périgord cuisine every evening.
Au Jardin de la Bachellerie offers three spacious and inviting en-suite rooms, each with its own independent access. These rooms are tastefully decorated, combining elegant simplicity with a mix of contemporary and traditional styles. We have taken great care to ensure that every detail of your stay, whether you are traveling alone, as a couple, or with friends, exudes warmth and elegance, making it one of the most memorable experiences in Périgord Noir.
Each of our rooms is equipped with an en-suite bathroom, complete with either a bath or shower. Additionally, swimming pool towels and hair dryers are provided for your convenience.
Every morning, a delightful breakfast awaits you, featuring fresh regional products, pastries, homemade jams, and orange juice.

Directions
To reach La Bachellerie, start by taking the A20 motorway from the North. Continue on the motorway until you reach Brives la Gaillarde, where you will then need to switch to the A89 motorway and follow the signs towards Périgueux.
Once on the A89, keep driving until you reach Exit 17, which is labeled as St Yriex-la-Perche. Take this exit to leave the motorway.
