There is also a cozy lounge area with a TV and a fireplace with a stove. Additionally, there is a dining area. The living room opens up to a peaceful and private courtyard that is fenced.FIRST FLOOR: Upstairs, there is a comfortable bedroom with a 140-sized bed, a cupboard, and bedside tables. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, a sink, and a shower. There is also a small lounge with a sofa bed. Furthermore, there is an attic that has been converted into a room with two 90-sized beds, bedside tables, and closets. There is a separate WC with a washbasin in the attic.
BASEMENT: In the basement, you will find a washing machine and storage space.
This property is located in a tranquil hamlet, which is intersected by a picturesque hiking trail that passes by the house. Within a half-mile radius, you can explore various beautiful sights such as the "sublime point," "King's horse," "Lookout birding," and the gorges Viaur. While there are no shops on-site, a baker visits twice a week, and there are other street vendors available.
