Located on a spacious property, the Moulin de Saint-Germain offers a charming experience next to a tranquil trout stream and the bordering forest. The Miller's Cottage, a detached house connected to a barn, is situated in the former miller's residence across from the landlord's mill. Spanning two floors, the ground floor features a fully equipped kitchen that opens up to the living area. Upstairs, the first floor boasts a bedroom with two 120cm beds and a spacious bathroom with a toilet. On the second floor, there is another bedroom with a 140cm bed, a 120cm bed, and a 90cm bed. The cottage is equipped with electric heating and also offers the option of wood heating at an additional cost of 35 euros per cubic meter. Additionally, there is a large open garden along the riverbank (please note that it is not fenced) and parking facilities available. For smaller accommodations, we also have a cozy 35m2 cottage suitable for 2-3 people. This cottage is located in an adjoining barn and features a spacious room with a 160cm bed on the first floor, as well as an open kitchenette in a smaller room on the ground floor (equipped with a TV), a single 90cm bed, and a bathroom with a toilet. Opposite the cottages, there is a separate guest house with its own bathroom, toilet, and a living room furnished in the old Mill Bread Oven style.Reviews
