We have 2 spacious bedrooms available, perfect for accommodating 2 people. These bedrooms are meticulously cleaned and designated as non-smoking areas. Situated on the first floor, one bedroom features a large double bed measuring 160x200, while the other bedroom offers twin beds. Each bedroom boasts its own private bathroom and toilet facilities. Additionally, we provide a hairdryer, towels, and a kettle for your convenience in preparing tea, coffee, or herbal tea. The bedrooms are beautifully decorated in a refined Parisian style, creating a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Unfortunately, we do not allow pets on the premises. Each bedroom also includes its own independent bathroom and toilet, complete with a hairdryer and bathroom linens.Reviews

A good night's sleep followed by a hearty breakfast
This very clean and comfortable B&B is located in a quite street that is in easy walking distance of a variety of restaurants and shops, plus the Rapid Electronic Railway (R.E.R.) Station for quick and easy access to the center of Paris. The hosts, Béatrice and Patrick are genuinely welcoming and helpful by offering advice on how to maximize one's visit based on their extensive local knowledge. A big bonus for visitors from U.K., Australia, N.Z. and the U.S.A. is Beatrice's fluency in English (and Patrick is a fast learner).

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à la Villa des Genets. C'est très bien situé. C'est un coin calme et bien desservi. Proche de Paris;Les hôtes sont très accueillants.

Directions by car: Starting from the Paris circular road (périphérique), at Porte de Bagnolet, take the A3 motorway towards Lille and aéroport Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle. Exit at Villemomble and turn left at the traffic lights to enter Villemomble. Follow the main road towards "le Raincy" on the left for approximately 1km. Once you reach the train station (driving under a bridge), turn left onto Galliéni avenue. Take the third street on the left, and you will arrive at our location at number 7. We'll have a refreshing drink ready for you after your journey!
Directions by fast train: Take the R.E.R Line E heading to Chelles-Gournay. Get off at the third stop called Le Raincy-Villemomble. Our house is a 10-minute walk from the station.
Directions by plane: Arrive at Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle airport. From there, you have two options. Option one is to take public transport. Take the fast train R.E.R "B" and transfer at "Gare du Nord-Magenta" station. Then, board the fast train R.E.R "E" heading to Chelles-Gournay and get off at the third stop, Le Raincy-Villemomble. Our house is a 10-minute walk from the station. Option two is to take a taxi, which is a private transport option. Our location is just a 15-minute drive from the center of Paris!
