This charming house is a part of a joint ownership with two other houses, situated on the banks of the beautiful Loue River in Ornans. With a spacious area of 110m² spread across two floors, this house can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people. Access to the house is via 8 exterior steps leading to a separate entrance.Upon entering, you will be greeted by a grand hall that sets the tone for the rest of the house. The well-equipped kitchen opens up to a balcony, offering picturesque views of the river. The living room also opens onto a balcony, complete with a wood stove and a convertible sofa bed for two additional guests.
The ground floor also features a shower room with a toilet. Moving up to the first floor, you will find three bedrooms. The first bedroom boasts a king-size bed, the second bedroom offers a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom is furnished with two single beds. A baby cot is also available. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a toilet on this floor.
Outside, you can enjoy the garden furniture and make use of the barbecue for some outdoor dining. Bed linen is provided, and maid service can be arranged upon request. Pets are also welcome.
