The cottage is situated next to the owner's house on a beautifully landscaped garden. On the ground floor, there is a spacious living room that includes a lounge, dining area, and kitchen. Additionally, there is a first bedroom with a double bed (140) and an adjoining bathroom. Upstairs, there is a second bedroom with a double bed (140), a third bedroom with two single beds (80) and a crib, and a second bathroom. The cottage also offers a terrace and garden with a furnished outdoor living area and barbecue for your enjoyment.Guests have access to a heated swimming pool, a park, a bike shelter, and a children's playground with table tennis, swings, and a trampoline. Upon request, free bikes are available for a pleasant ride along the Cher River to the magnificent Chenonceau Castle via the towpath.
To ensure the comfort of all guests, the cottage is non-smoking and does not allow pets.
