Two of the rooms feature double beds measuring 1.60 m, while the remaining two offer single beds of 0.90 m. Additionally, the villa is equipped with five toilets and is fully air-conditioned across its spacious 240 square meter area.

The villa's living room spans an impressive 63 m² and features a cozy fireplace, a large satellite TV, a VCR, a DVD player, and a hi-fi system. The kitchen, designed in a traditional Provencal style, is well-equipped with modern amenities such as an American fridge, an oven, a microwave, a stove, and a dishwasher. Connected to the kitchen is a covered terrace measuring 40 m², complete with an outdoor kitchen and a barbecue, perfect for enjoyable evenings with friends and family.

The villa includes a bowling green and a beautiful swimming pool (10 x 5m), ensuring a refreshing retreat amidst the lush greenery on hot summer days.
